Tom Mc Kenna, principal, has been overseeing the organization since its inception. Tom has written numerous articles and has appeared on all three area TV affiliates. He has spoken to national and international conferences on the topics of outplacement and career transition.

His current experience is complimented by a corporate career that began with Xerox and Burroughs (Unisys) Corporations. He is the only owner of a career firm in the Albany area who is also a licensed counselor in the State of New York.

In addition to serving on a number of boards, he is also currently teaching as an adjunct instructor with the School of Business at the College of Saint Rose.

His strength is in helping candidates set goals for themselves and assist them in making their goals reality.

He lives in the Town of New Scotland with his wife and two children. He lists as his hobbies, running, reading and flying.
