Transition: Outplacement and Career Transition services for
both groups and individuals. Care is given to handling each
person with respect. Two day seminars are offered as well
as programs designed for the executive level, offering private
office space as well.
Coaching:
Programs are custom tailored to the needs of the individual.
Help is offered for both developmental and remedial concerns
and sessions are held with the utmost of privacy and concern
for the respect of the individual.
Pre-Employment
Screening: Pre-employment testing and screening is offered
to protect and insure that the organization is hiring the
best candidates suited for the position. The program protects
and insures that the organization is not hiring based on warm
personalities that shine during the interview process.
Additional
Services: We have provided additional services that have included
salary surveys, sales training and coaching, goal setting
and teamwork building. We also have an agreement with Walker
Information Services to offer and administer their Employee
Retention Survey to companies in New York's Capital Region.
